The JKT Itaka is the National Service Training camp (JKT Itaka) which has been selected by the Government to provide the civic education and defense preparedness program for Tanzania form six graduates According to the law.
Itaka JKT offers the training program aimed at enhancing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the youth by developing the ethics of service and patriotism while undergoing training. Its various components are specially designed to enhance the youth’s active contribution to the general welfare.Combining active reflection in a creative dynamic learning environment, it prepares the students into actual community service.
