DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i) Finding records/documents/files needed by readers;
ii) Control the receipt, registration of records/documents;
iii) Analyzing, listing and organizing records/documents in groups according to the relevant subject (classification and boxing) for the use of the Office;
iv) Placing/organizing records/documents in racks (file racks/cabinets) in files/record rooms;
v) Keeping records (letters, documents etc.) in files;
vi) Handling requests for records/documents from Government Institutions.
vii) To do other tasks in his field that will be assigned by his Head of work.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed graduates of the fourth or sixth form with a record keeping certificate.
