- On the RITA Online Registration System login page click the Reset Password link : https://online.rita.go.tz/en/Home/ForgetPassword
- The Token request form for Rita Online System will open
- Enter your Username and Mobile number you used during account creation and Click the Request Token button ,
- You will receive the token on your mobile number , enter the token and create the new password.
